We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund to the buyer.

We are human and may make mistakes. We are not liable for information errors but will appreciate being made aware of them. This website is provided "as is" with all faults.

We will do our best to keep the website online but acknowledge that it may be inaccessible at times. In these times we can always be reached via our contact us form and will be working to get the website back online.

We will always give credit where credit is due. Attribution, or giving credit to an original creator, will always be done. We may use adaptation for some of our products and in such cases credit will be given. We are a not a non-profit.

All items offered for sale are shipped according to terms and conditions outlined with the shipping carrier.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept all return requests within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be compensated. To initiate a return, please reach out via our contact link and include the following information:

1. Let us know that you would like to initiate a return, and if you deem it necessary, tell us why you're returning the product.

2. Please let us know if the product has been opened or damaged.

3. We will then provide a return shipping label, and refunds will be given once we receive the item.

All refunds are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Vaars.

You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience. The package does not need to be unopened to recieve a refund. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued to you promptly.

COUPONS AND OTHER DISCOUNTS

Discount codes are one time use only. Vaars reserves the right to discontinue or reject the use of a coupon at any time.  Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify toward minimum purchase amounts. Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Offer valid on in-stock items only. Offer not valid for prior purchases.

Vaars  is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All items offered for sale on the Vaars website are shipped according to terms and conditions outlined in a contract with a shipping carrier. Per these terms and conditions, risk of loss or damage is transferred to you upon delivery from the shipping carrier. Your order will be shipped to the address submitted by you at the time the order was placed, and its delivery will be contingent upon the shipping address completeness and compliance with all applicable shipping restrictions. It is the responsibility of the carrier to determine when and where your order is delivered.
